Maintenance Technician – Atrium Court Apartments

Location: South Seattle – Rainier District
Property: 271-Unit Apartment Community
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Job Summary

Atrium Court Apartments, located in the South Seattle Rainier District, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in providing quality maintenance services to keep our 271-unit apartment community safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance maintenance.

• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including repairs and inspections.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance throughout the property.

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of buildings, common areas, and grounds.

• Identify maintenance issues and recommend effective solutions.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Work closely with the property management team to ensure resident satisfaction.

• Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.

• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.

• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

• Occasional after-hours or emergency on-call availability may be required.
