### **About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Leasing Associate** to take ownership of portfolio of **several North Seattle PODS**. You’ll become the face of our communities to prospective tenants and a key contributor to our growth and success.

### **What You’ll Do**

- Respond to leads and conduct tours across multiple sites

- Craft compelling property narratives and develop marketing strategies

- Manage social media campaigns and online listings

- Build rapport with prospective residents and close leases

- Coordinate move-ins and follow-ups

- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and the broader leasing team

- Use tools and data to track performance and improve outcome

### **What You Bring**

- 2–4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role

- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

- A professional, can-do attitude and the ability to self-manage your time and priorities

- Comfort with data, digital tools, and multitasking across locations

- A desire to grow your career in real estate and learn from experienced mentors

- Bonus points if you’ve used AppFolio or other leasing/PM software!

### **Compensation & Benefits**

- **Hourly Pay** : $24.00 – $26.00 per hour (DOE)
