We’re a Seattle-based property management and real estate development company managing a growing
portfolio of apartments and furnished rentals across Seattle and Portland. Our mission is to make leasing
efficient, transparent, and accessible for residents while maximizing occupancy and ROI for owners. We are
now hiring a hands-on, resourceful Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to support and scale our
marketing efforts across digital channels and rental platforms.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a data-driven, highly organized Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our digital
leasing funnel—from listings to lead generation to campaign optimization. This is a strategic + executional
role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn insights into
action.
Key Responsibilities
• Listing Platform Management & Optimization
Conducts marketing research to identify new revenue opportunities.
Conduct regular audits and manage listings across key platforms such as Zillow,
Apartments.com/CoStar, Craigslist, and Facebook Marketplace
Evaluate and recommend the most effective ad packages and placements to maximize
exposure and ROI
Create, update, and optimize all listings—including pricing, photography, amenities, and
special offers—to reflect current availability and market trends
Maintain consistency and high-quality presentation across all marketing channels to ensure
brand alignment and conversion readiness
• Lead Generation, Analytics & ROI Tracking
Monitor performance metrics across platforms including lead-to-lease conversion, cost per
lead, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Analyze traffic and conversion data to identify the most effective lead sources and optimize
spend accordingly
Make data-informed recommendations to refine targeting, shift strategy, and improve overall
marketing effectiveness in alignment with occupancy goals
• Social Media & Content Marketing
Build and manage property-level presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, tailored
to resonate with each building's audience and positioning
Create and curate engaging content (including photos, videos, and local highlights), working
directly in Canva or managing external creative partners as needed
Develop and execute paid social campaigns to increase visibility, drive engagement, and
support leasing goals
Deeply understand the unique positioning of each building and translate that into
differentiated, relevant messaging across all platforms
Track and manage Google reviews; respond to all reviews.
• Website Management & SEO
Coordinates with web designers to develop property websites and maintain validity of
information and updates as needed, including regularly updating copy, promotions, and
visuals on the company website to reflect current availability and brand tone.
Gathers and analyzes resident/prospect behavior data (web traffic and rankings).
Advise on and execute SEO improvements to increase organic traffic and lead quality
Implement and manage Google Analytics, track on-site conversion, and proactively iterate to
improve performance
• Campaign & Promotions Management
Own the creation and promotion of seasonal offers, move-in specials, and limited-time
incentives
Coordinate closely with the leasing and operations teams to ensure real-time accuracy of
pricing and availability in all marketing materials
Refresh and rotate listing content and creative to keep promotions compelling and prevent
fatigue
• Cross-Team Collaboration & Reporting
Partner with leasing, operations, and leadership to align marketing efforts with occupancy
needs and leasing timelines
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting wins, challenges, and
recommended next steps
Identify and recommend new tools, automations, or vendor solutions to improve marketing
efficiency and execution
Creates spreadsheets and analyzes quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics across
all marketing activities
Review and report on weekly reporting on marketing and leasing results/metrics, like
conversion rates and make recommendations for improvements.
Monitor competitor marketing activity
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing or digital advertising (real estate or property management
preferred)
• Strong understand and ability to use word processing software; internet software; Internet Listing
Services, social media, advertising software, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, project management
software; etc.
• Strong understanding of rental listing platforms and paid ad packages (Zillow, Apartments.com,
etc.)
• Experience with social media content creation and basic video editing for Instagram & TikTok, and
other digital marketing tools and techniques
• Analytical mindset; comfortable working in spreadsheets and reporting on marketing KPIs
• Excellent written English; comfortable writing copy for ads and listings. Ability to speak effectively
before groups of customers, residents, executive management, or employees of organization.
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, ability to work on and prioritize a variety of projects
simultaneously.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently and across time zones
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or
diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
